There are students in your school who need something like CiViL Groups. If you have a little time during the school day, you can start a group of your own. The most important prerequisite is that you love teens. After that, it’s just a matter of learning. If you are interested in learning how to start a character education program in your school, we want to help.

Founder Presentations
Jim and Melony Weber, the founders of CiViL Groups, can come to your school, PTO, business, civic group, or church group to present the basics of our character education model. This presentation can be tailored to your schedule and audience. The goal of a founder presentation is to give a broad overview of CiViL Groups and its strengths as a character education tool. Training Seminar
We provide a weekend training seminar for CiViL Groups facilitators. The seminar includes training in small group leading, listening skills, common student problems, and tips for working with school faculty and administration.
